2/8/2010 - Free Women's Heart Health Seminar Feb. 24


 


St. Helena Hospital presents an evening with author Eliz Greene who will share her story of surviving a heart attack and teach women how to cope with everyday stress while maintaining a healthy heart.  She will be joined by local cardiologist, Alexander Fraley, M.D., a specialist in peripheral vascular disease.


Each guest will receive a complimentary copy of Greene’s book, The Busy Woman’s Guide to a Healthy Heart. This free seminar is on Wednesday, February 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the Westin Verasa Hotel, 1314 McKinstry Street, in Napa. Appetizers, dark chocolate and beverages will be served.

Guest are encouraged to wear their favorite red outfits to the event. Go Red is a nationwide movement that celebrates the energy, passion and power that women share in fighting heart disease, which is the number one killer of America women.
