12/14/2009 - Lake County Needs Assessment Collaborative Releases RFP

The Lake County Needs Assessment Collaborative has released a request for proposal for conducting a county-wide needs assessment in 2010. The goal is to create a report that is useful for prioritizing and planning community health interventions that improve the quality of life in Lake County and for identifying future areas for research.
