3/27/2009 - Memorial Service & Memorial Donations for the Jacobson FamilyThere will be a memorial service for the Jacobson family - Erin and Amy, Taylor, Ava and Jude - at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 4, 2009, at Pacific Union College Church in Angwin, Calif. Statement from the Jacobson family: “We are heartbroken and empty at the sudden loss of our beloved Erin, Amy, Taylor, Ava, and Jude, as well as family and friends in the Pullen and Ching families. Our hearts go out in deep sympathy to Mrs. Summerfield, the Feldkamps, and the Mautzes, in addition to the Pullens and the Chings. The outpouring of prayers and support from family, friends, colleagues, patients, and community has sustained us during this ordeal; we offer our grateful thanks.
