“The St. Helena Hospital family is filled with such deep sadness over the deaths of Dr. Erin Jacobson, his wife Amy, and their three children, Taylor, Ava and Jude. Erin was an ophthalmologist at St. Helena Hospital, and his father, Dr. John Jacobson, is a cardiac surgeon at our hospital.”

 

“Erin was a bright star and a well-loved physician. In his practice of medicine, he restored vision for his patients and helped them see better. We celebrate his gifts and the hope and healing he provided to so many during his short life. We are fortunate and thankful to have worked with him.
